CBIG members join other notable children's book illustrators in contributing work to the American Booksellers Foundation annual auction. While many of the works sold that evening, there is a new round of work available, both prints and original art) at the public auction running from June 1-8. LINK Funds raised from the auction go to support the Kids Right to Read Program and Banned Book Week, fight against censorship by making books available to kids in schools and in bookstores. Iconic titles such as To Kill A Mockingbird and Dr. Seuss' The Lorax are among books previously unavailable to kids in many areas across the country.
